Within my spiritual practice, Quantum Healing is an energetic process that works with the multidimensional aspects of your being.
The guides may bring healing energy, light language, light codes, frequency work or energetic activations according to what is appropriate for you at the time.
You may experience warmth, tingling, emotion, calmness, imagery, insight or subtle energetic movement. You may also experience the process quietly, without noticeable physical sensations. There is no correct way to receive the healing, and no particular experience or result is required.

Preparing for Your Session
Before we meet, you may like to write down three to five questions. These do not need to be deeply spiritual. You can ask about anything that feels important, meaningful or unclear in your life.
Choose a quiet place where you are unlikely to be interrupted. Have some water nearby, and allow yourself a little time after the session to rest, reflect or write down anything you wish to remember.
You remain in control throughout the session. You may pause, decline a subject, ask for clarification or bring the conversation back to what feels most helpful for you.
