Listening Within the Stillness | Arcturian Council | 16th October 2026

Indeed. Indeed, dear ones.

We love to see so many of you coming into an understanding of what the stillness and the silence of life truly is filled with.

You notice, when the noise of the world dissipates and all goes quiet, you seem to be able to breathe deeper and a little slower. You seem to be able to calm the thoughts within the mind a little easier.

This is the beginning of your relationship with stillness.

Some of the times you may notice this early beginning, it’s during those times the world naturally goes quiet, such as in a rainstorm, or on a cold winter’s day.

Do you allow yourself to listen to the universe during those times? Do you practise, even for a moment each day, to hear what the universe is offering you?

You wake up each morning and greet the birds, knowing they are attuning you for your day.

You sit of an evening with Father Sky, the stars, the galactics, and all that you can imagine is there with you.

Please sit there, self-reflect, asking the big questions or even the little questions.

Do you allow your ego to take a back seat at any time throughout your day?

This is when you notice how full and alive the stillness is. This is where you notice how loud the stillness, the silence in stillness is, and that the noise of the silence is all there for you, guiding you, ushering you forward.

Like the world has created the noise of a great and loud rock band drowning out the voice, the voices, of the universe.

Allow yourself to listen.

Just straighten your spine. Balance. Your ears left and right. And to listen to that space above you.

Write down or record in any way that suits you. You may paint what you feel in those moments.

It doesn’t have to make sense. It doesn’t have to be a painting that is museum worthy.

It simply needs to be expressed. Integrated. Set free.

And you will know the difference when you know the sounds, the feelings, the energies of you as the universe.

There is no thing, no one wiser than the input coming from the universal source.

How you interpret it, is entirely up to you. You learn as you go. Nothing is always perfect.

And that is a part of the learning. It is okay for you to misinterpret.

You may very well believe the silence was telling you Chiron, when it is, in fact, Pluto. And that is a part of your learning.

You’re learning to allow your ego to sit further back. Part of your learning to understand that being wrong. Is not necessarily wrong.

But there are times when you believe that you are wrong, but you have been completely right for a specific purpose.

You can never be wrong, and you can never always be right. Simply be the moment.

And remain in balance of knowing that all is golden. That all is as it should be.

We love you, we thank you, and we bless you.
