Stillness and Inner Harmony | Yogananda | 3rd October 2026

Welcome. Welcome to this space of stillness.

What we wish for you to understand is that, in stillness, you do not have to stop being human. Stillness is a part of humanness. It's that part where your humanness meets your divinity.

It's a part of you where communication flows without any interference whatsoever. And this is the authentic self that you uncover within your stillness.

Your ego is also a very healthy part of being a human. Yet most of you overuse the ego. The ego mind has been left unkempt for so long that it has forgotten that it is a part of a team.

And this team is the orchestra of all the higher frequencies that you seek.

And as we say the word frequency, and to bring it back down into common human terms, let us say the joys, happiness, all of your humanness runs a lot smoother with your orchestra of parts playing their piece, not drowning out other pieces.

It's no good if the double bass drowns out all the string instruments.

It is up to you to balance. And balance is here: your masculine parts, your feminine parts. Your adult self, your higher self, your child self. Your soul, your ego. Your emotional self, your mental self. There are so many selves that you can name.

Yet there's only one being. It's a beautiful being. That spends more time concerning itself with the outside world than it does with its own inner communication.

If you have a band on stage, one of the main key factors for them in being the best that they can be is to listen to each other as they play their piece.

And this is important for you also: to listen to all parts of yourself. To heal those parts, to communicate with those parts, to accept those parts, to love those parts.

To embrace all of those parts.

To have acceptance in the old parts of you, as you welcome in the new you, however that looks.

It's highly important for the remainder of the year for you all to learn to listen to all the parts of yourself. To let them speak. To let them hum, to let them sing. To let out your entire authentic being.

You cannot hold within any part of yourself.

It is the real you that the world sees. And you can heal that self, if that self has healing to do.

To accept that being exactly as it is, while you move toward the beautiful horizon that is being shown to you in your visions.

Allow yourself time. Allow yourself the space. Time and space. This is what you have incarnated into, into time and space.

Yet you did not come here to give all your time and space to others. You came here to experience it.

And so we ask you: allow yourself to experience your time, your space, your love.

May you all be blessed.
